Can I pay for the app with my NDIS funding?

How do payments for Humane Pro subscriptions work?
We offer yearly and monthly Humane pro plans, which you can read more about above. Humane Pro is a prepaid online service, so all services are paid for upfront and before use by credit or debit card. We do not support payments by PayPal or bank transfer.
How do you handle payments? Is my card information safe?
Humane uses Stripe, a well-established, secure, credit card payment gateway service to process your payments. We do not store your credit card data.
How is my subscription charged?
Your credit card will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period. So, if you opt for a monthly plan your card will be charged on the first day of the new monthly billing cycle. If you are on a yearly plan, your card will be charged on the first day of the new yearly cycle.
Can I view or download my invoices?
Once you start your subscription, you will be able to see 'Manage billing' button. This will take you to the Stripe portal where you can view and download invoices.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, absolutely. You will maintain your pro features till the end of the billing cycle (month or year) and will not be charged for the next one. We do not offer refunds.
